Joining games too fast would get you kicked out of the game, it made leveling annoying. When you make a very good Last Wish runeword in ladder with self-found runes and you lose it because the server just kicked you out… not cool. I was tired of getting kicked out of the server for muling items and losing those items, because the game would often crash at the same time. I guess you could say that I milked every bit of fun I could get out of this game.Īround the time I started to be angry at the game was when they started to implement as many road blocks for people using bots as possible, which turned out to hurt even non-botters. When I stopped playing D2 I had 4 accounts with different builds and 6 accounts of mules. I was always playing this game, day in and day out, some times even playing for more than 24h in a row. I don’t really want D4 to be like D2 for several reasons. I played D2 for 10 years, followed by a few months of trying different mods and then I simply stopped playing it.
